Usability

The touch display makes it extremely easy to operate without any prior knowledge. Simply insert the refill (or fill your own chocolate) into the stainless steel cartridge, the Procusini mini automatically preheats and off you go.

Cleaning is just as easy as it is to use:
The 3 individual components to be cleaned are easy to remove and washable under hot water. The Procusini mini is clean and ready for use again in 3-4 minutes.

When you purchase a Procusini you receive up to 1,000 templates that you can use to print directly.

The Procusini mini 3D chocolate printer is ideal for getting started with 3D chocolate printing.

It is therefore particularly suitable for use in pastry shops, bakeries, cafés/ice cream parlors .

Its compact design and easy operation also make it the ideal 3D chocolate printer for education.

With the Procusini mini you can use your own chocolate. You also have the option of adjusting parameters such as temperature, speed and flow rate individually to your own chocolate .

To be suitable for 3D chocolate printing, the chocolate should have the following properties:

Choose a highly viscous chocolate. We recommend dark chocolate or milk chocolate with a fat content of between 28% and a maximum of 39% and a cocoa content of at least 30%.

Alternatively, you have the option of working with Procusini mini 3D Choco Refills .

Since the Procusini mini is smaller than the other Procusini models, it uses its own Procusini mini 3D Choco Refills.

The usable printing area and printing height is 90 x 90 x 46 mm (height). The printing area is illuminated to allow observation of the printing process.

The production time depends on the object size and the height of the object.

Example 1: The “Future” lettering (77 x 39 x 4 mm) with 3D Choco takes 8.5 minutes

Example 2: The name “Lisa” (53 x 25 x 4 mm) with 3D Choco takes 5.3 minutes

Note: the larger Procusini models print at a higher speed.

The usable cartridge volume is 15 ml and the nozzle diameter is 1.0 mm.

Due to the small production area, series production of the Procusini mini is not possible.

For exclusive small series, please choose one of the larger Procusini models.

In the Procusini Club you have online access to numerous applications and up to 1,000 free templates, which you can also change in size and height yourself.

In addition, you can use the applications in the Procusini Club to create templates, e.g. B. create your own lettering and logos.

Since only three components come into contact with the food during production, each Procusini model can be cleaned quickly and easily within a few minutes.

With the integrated cleaning function, the stamp can be removed from the print head and wiped with a damp cloth. The stainless steel cartridge and the silicone mat can be cleaned under warm running water. That's all.

The warranty for all Procusini models is 12 months.
